BUSINESS COACH EDUCATION

In coaching the goal is the person. In business coaching the person is the means and the business is the goal.

The goal in this business coach education is to give you a set of tools to create drive and results in business life, by making your co-workers/clients grow in their profession.

We who lead the education, work ourselves as business coaches and also have a long experience in leading positions in different companies and branches.

”12 days, 6 meetings”

Education includes three parts and runs over a twelve day period divided into six blocks ,two days each.

Part 1: Business coaching and coaching leadership (day 1-6)
You learn the basics of business coaching and get to practice on creating and inspiring goals, guiding action plans and valuable activities with focus on business and results. You also get to practice on active listening, powerful questions and supportive feedback. The goal is to become a coaching leader.

Part 2: Professional business coaching (day 7-10)
You will get a depth into business coaching and will have a tested framework for individual business coaching and a number of tools and methods for team coaching. The goal is to become a professional business coach.

Part 3: Säljande affärscoaching (day 11-12)
You will be trained in techniques and tools for establishing your own successful sales, internal and external. The goal is to gain business.

LEADER

This education turns to you who has had a few years of experience in leadership positions such as director, work manager, group manager, project leader or similar. You feel confident as a director, but with better motivation and collaboration the results would improve considerably.

INTERACTIVE

This education is built on interactivity among the participants, but also includes individual studies. You will learn though participating actively as coach, being coached and by giving and receiving feedback. Parallel to the education you will work with “practice clients” who give you practice between lessons.

After this education you will have a solid toolkit for business coaching. You will have a folder with parts in theory, exercise and practical guidance. You have the knowledge about – and practice in – when and how these tools are to be used. It allows you to quickly get started with your own coaching after education.

NEXT EDCUATION

The next education starts in September and ends in February. The cost for the entire education (parts 1-3) is 80.000 SEK excluding Vat (morning and afternoon coffee, and lunch is included). You will become a selling business coach.

Part 1 can be booked separately for the cost of 49.000 SEK excluding Vat. You will get a basic education in business coaching and in coaching leadership.

Part 1: Business coaching and coaching leadership

15-16 October 9 am - 5 pm (basic coaching tools)
12-13 November 9 am - 5 pm (action plan and goals)
10-11 December 9 am - 5 pm (insights, learning and coaching leadership)

Part 2: Professional business coaching

14-15 January 9 am - 5 pm (individual business coaching)
11-12 February 9 am - 5 pm (team business coaching)

Part 3: Sales and business coaching

11-12 Mars 9 am - 5 pm (sales – internal and external)
